- Understand product information and characteristics to introduce and advise customers (training will be provided).
- Maintain relationships with old customers, seek new customers in the area of responsibility.
- Grasp information about competitive products, the region’s business market situation, synthesize information, prepare reports and propose plans to the Department Head for activities in the area in charge.
- Implement a trained sales process to develop the image and professionalism of a sales representative when interacting with and resolving customer concerns.
- Receive customer information and requests, coordinate with departments to resolve arising issues related to products or contract content.
- Act as the focal point between the company and customers, ensuring product information and sales policies are always updated to customers regularly and accurately.
- Continuously monitor and update information on the bidding situation and clearly understand the bidding process. Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare bidding documents, quotations,
- contracts, etc. Check and monitor the Contract to carry out procedures for Contract liquidation and Contract extension.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to urge customers to pay debts.
- Support the organization to deploy market development activities and promote the company’s products in the area of responsibility according to the general plan.
- Report/plan periodically according to regulations (week/month/quarter/year).
- Carry out tasks assigned by the Head of Department/Board of Directors.
Working time:
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 12:00 /13:00 – 17:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
Candidate requirements
- Qualification: College or higher majoring in Medicine and Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Laboratory Technology.
- Experience: Having knowledge and market experience in medical equipment is an advantage.
- Skills: Good communication, negotiation and presentation; Time management; Organization of work; Office information.
- Other requirements: Good appearance; Be honest, have a high sense of responsibility, and be eager to learn; Able to work independently/in a team, able to work well under pressure; Ready to work.

- Unlimited income: Fixed salary 6-10 million + % commission + hot bonus (depending on ability).
